We are planning our P.R.E.P. program for the 2010-2011 calendar year. It is important that you return your Registration Forms as soon as possible. These forms help us determine the personnel, resources, class counts, books, etc. that make for an effective program. There will be no increase in the P.R.E.P. fees.
The tuition fees will remain as follows:
Child: $100.00; Two Children: $180.00; Three Children: $240.00; Four Children: $240.00 + $25.00 for Student Textbook
There will be no First Communion and/or Confirmation Fees for next year.
All fees are due on or before July 1, 2010. After July 1st a $25.00 late fee will be imposed. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact Sister Denise. Please do not let this stop you from registering your child for classes.
Parents are entitled to know what their P.R.E.P. Tuition Fees include. Your fees include expenses for the following services: Stipend for the Director of Faith Formation, Stipend for the Assistant Coordinator of Religious Education, salary for the full-time secretary, office supplies, copiers, phones, mailings and communication materials, catechist workshops, pro-rated heating and utility bills, food and refreshments for student sacramental and retreat programs, student textbooks and classroom supplies, teacher supplies, etc.
If your child is above Level 2 and has not yet received First Reconciliation or Eucharist, please attach a note to your registration form indicating this so that the necessary steps can take place to make sure that your child is a part of this preparation.
