PREP is dedicated to serving all our students, including those attending (or who have attended) PREP and those currently attending Catholic School. The following resources are presented to assist all PREP students and families as they prepare to receive their Sacraments during the 2020-21 academic year.

  • Confirmation 2021 Important Information

Confirmation Date We now have a date for Confirmation: Saturday April 24, 2021: 10AM and 12PM. Please click HERE for complete details and information.

Please remember: You must be in a state of grace for Confirmation; please go to Reconciliation before being Confirmed. Confessions are heard Wednesday evenings throughout the month of March from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM - church and Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM - church.

  • Rehearsal (completed)Our Confirmation rehearsal was held this past weekend. If you were unable to attend, please contact the PREP office.
    • The Rehearsal Date for 8th grade Confirmation was Saturday March 20 11:00-12:15 for last names A-L; 12:30-1:45 for M-Z and for all Catholic school students.

      • Attire Sunday best. Please click HERE to review specifics about the dress code.
  • Retreat (completed)
    • The 8th grade retreats for Confirmation 2021 are now completed. If you missed the retreat, please contact the PREP office for more information.
  • Interviews (completed)
    • The 8th Grade Confirmation interviews have concluded. If you missed the interview, please contact the PREP office for more information.
  • Confirmation Robes (completed)
    • Robes were distributed during Confirmation Rehearsal. If you did NOT get your robe, please contact Sharon Previtera via email: or call (856) 468-7566, Ext. 108.
  • Sponsors - Your child will need a sponsor who must be a Catholic in good standing, over 16, and have made all their sacraments and will need a letter of eligibility from their parish. A sponsor cannot be a parent. If your sponsor is a member of Church of the Incarnation, you can download the form here.
  • Seating
    • Pews towards the front of the Church will be reserved for the children and their sponsor. Sponsors will be seated next to the child; masks required and social distancing will be strictly maintained.
  • Service Hours - Service hours should now be completed. If you missed the deadline, please contact the PREP office.

  • First Communion - Begins May 1
    • Click HERE for complete details and to register.
      • Children’s attire: Sunday Best; no jeans, no T-shirts; no sneakers, flip flops, or shoes with flapping heals. Boys can wear a suit and tie. Girls can wear dresses; white is appropriate, but not required. If gloves are worn, they need to be removed before receiving First Communion.

    • Rehearsal Information: The Deacons and Priests at Church of the Incarnation have set-up a rehearsal schedule for all those making their First Communion in May 2021.

      Beginning at 9:15 AM on Saturday May 1, then again on Saturday May 15, and finally on Saturday May 29, please bring your child to the church so they can attend a short rehearsal before making their First Communion. Select a date prior to your scheduled First Communion date. The rehearsal will last a maximum of 30 minutes. You do not need to bring anything with you; nor wear anything special. This is only a short rehearsal to help your child get ready for their special day. Please be sure your child has made their First Reconciliation before receiving Communion. Please note: There is no sign-up necesssary. Just come to the church on the date you prefer. Please contact the PREP office if you have any questions.


  • First Reconciliation Information
    • First Reconciliation was held on Saturday January 9, 2021. Congratulations to all those who made their First Reconciliation!
      • Please review this document. It covers the process for receiving the sacrament and how to examine your conscience with your child.




Sacramental Fees for Catholic School Students (PREP students pay this as part of their tuition.)

Please contact the PREP Office before paying fees to learn what's available for your child.

There is a $35 fee required for all sacrament grades 2 and 8. To pay this fee online, click here after speaking with a member of our staff.
